The rooms were beautiful with couches to enjoy your drinks, the staff were wonderful. The hotel was in the secluded setting in the southern coast of Iceland.

The rooms were themed and tastefully decorated, it was exceptionally clean and big venue. I was here for 1 night and ate at rustic restaurant for dinner. The venue was in a very central location short walk to those sights, Hella and Hvolsvöllur and mountains to the east.

the hotel is lovely welcoming, it has amazingly attentive staff from the manager on down. property restaurant is excellent for breakfast and dinner. will be back, truly enjoyed this place, thank you.

The stay here was just perfect, liked the hotel, it was impeccably clean with absolutely perfect and incredible location just off those sights and Iceland.

Appreciated the place, had a wonderful stay for several nights. The breakfast with espresso and cappuccino and champagne was delicious and enjoyable, you’ll find what you need. The staff was very hospitable and the owner too.

The hotel had indeed a convenient location to the property's restaurant for 2 evening meals. Moreover, it was not far from southern coast. Stayed in a themed and well-equipped room with easy access for the kids.

Very pretty and excellent location in Hella close enough to a great new Center on the Volcanic eruption that nearly obliterated Heimaey as well as night life or other restaurants. Top quality room, big beds, well equipped bathroom.

Truly enjoyed delicious and wonderful breakfasts.

The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the beautiful nature of Iceland, with easy access to waterfalls, glacier hikes, and the famous Black Beach. The rooms are rustic yet cozy, with nice touches throughout. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including freshly cooked eggs. The hotel also provides snowsuits for guests to enjoy front-row seats to the breathtaking Aurora.

Some guests noted that the lack of air conditioning could be troublesome during warmer months.

Stunningly beautiful property with very polite employees especially to the manager who was very present and very pleasant. Huge rooms, nice bathrooms, lovely beds. Glorious view of Lake. Location just off the adjacent Ranga river, Iceland in November and Hella.

The food was outstanding as was the service. The location is isolated & I am sure you would get great views of the northern lights, unfortunately, we didn't, but that is not Ranga's fault!

The room decor & room facilites are adequate but dated, especially for the price.
